Gabe Greenfield
Gabe Greenfield has lived in Teaneck since he was six years old. He is currently a junior at The Frisch School in Paramus. An active student, Gabe is very involved in the school community, leading and partaking in many extracurricular activities, and is currently serving on the Executive Board of the school’s Student Council. Within Frisch, Gabe started the Philosophy Club, is Poetry Editor of the school’s literary journal, is Social Media Manager for the school’s newspaper, and is on the Model United Nations teams, winning an honorable mention in the most recent competition. Gabe looks forward to expanding his involvement and connections beyond his school’s community, to the broader Teaneck community. Gabe identifies as a modern-Orthodox Jew and attends services at Young Israel of Teaneck. He is excited to meet new people outside of his usual Jewish bubble and give back to the community. Gabe enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music, cooking, and skateboarding.

Kasai Sanchez
Kasai Sanchez was born in Teaneck, NJ and is a 10th grader at Teaneck High School, where she serves as Sophomore Class President. She is a member of “Superintendent When Student Leads Committee”, and the “Teaneck Board of Community Relations.” Kasai advocates for the students' behalf in an effort to create improvements that are beneficial to them as Vice President of the Teaneck Youth Advisory Board. Additionally, Kasai advocates for justice through BLMXTEANECK and is one of the Teaneck BLM Mural Committee leaders/organizers. Kasai also fights against gun violence, as she is the Co-Leader of Students Demand Action, Bergen. Kasai has been awarded the Mayor Lizette Phillips Parker Awards , Matthew Feldman Community Relations Award , and NNJC Social Justice Organizer Leadership Award, due to her volunteer work and leadership in the community. She is extremely passionate about meeting new people and giving back!
