TILT Teen Interns Leading Together

​TILT is a community service program where public and non-public high school students take part in leadership training and team-building activities, utilizing the skills and relationships they acquire to embark on community service projects of their own creation. TILT holds creative events several times a year where the volunteers create their own community service projects and share them with participants. 

Hold Harmless Agreement

This Hold Harmless Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between TLC Education LLC (“TLC”), its Affiliates, Officers, Directors, Employees and Volunteers ("ORGANIZATION" or “Organization”) and the PARTICIPANT (“PARTICIPANT” or “Participant”) in consideration of PARTICIPANT's involvement in TLC events, hereby agree as follows:

Waiver and Release: Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, or other harm. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to release and hold harmless the Organization, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise as a result of Participant's participation in the event.

1. I hereby authorize TLC Education LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and volunteers (“TLC”) to take photographs and/or videos of me, or my children, when I, or my children, participate at TLC events.  I grant TLC full rights to use and share images resulting from the photographs and/or videos and any reproductions thereof (the “Recording”), in whole or in part, along with my, or my children’s name, biographical information, and quotations for any purpose, including fundraising, publicity, advertising or on social media, all without further obligations or compensation.  I hereby waive any right of review or approval regarding the Recording and TLC shall have the right to edit or delete the Recording in its sole discretion.  I understand that all rights in and to the Recording shall be TLC’s sole and absolute property.  I understand that if I access TLC’s services through a third party platform, product, service or application (a “Third Party Service”), content and related information generated while accessing TLC’s services in this manner may be monitored, captured, and/or recorded by the third parties that provide such Third Party Services.  I consent to the use and sharing of personal information by any such Third Party Service as described in the privacy policy available through the Third Party Service.  I release and forever discharge TLC from all causes of action, suits, or liability of any king arising from or in connection with the use or publication of any Recording of me or my children made in connection with my participation in TLC events.  I waive any right of privacy associated with the Recording and I waive any right to compensation related to the use of the Recording.
